KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CASH DIVIDEND TO BE PAID BY DEEP VALUE DRILLER AS

Oslo, 16 March 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Deep
Value Driller AS ("DVD") earlier today. As set out in the notice, the board of
directors has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of NOK 0.20 per
share, in total approximately NOK 18.7 million, for March 2026.

The dates relevant to the proposed dividend distribution are set out below:

Last day including right: 17 March 2026
Ex-date: 18 March 2026
Record date: 19 March 2026
