16 March 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notices from 16 December
2022 announcing a share buyback program for ININ Group AS (the Company).
Between 9 March 2026 and 13 March 2026, Pareto Securities AS has bought 17 082
shares on behalf of the Company at an average price of NOK 2,90 and a total
value of NOK 49 682,52.
Additional information regarding the buyback program: The program consists of
share purchases up to
NOK 6 million and may be ended at the company’s discretion prior to fulfilment.
The shares are purchased
in accordance with the authorization granted at the company's annual general
meeting on 13 May 2024.
