Information regarding the last day of trading in SmartCraft ASA on Oslo Børs

The cross-border merger between SmartCraft ASA and SmartCraft Group AB (publ) is
planned to be completed prior to opening of trading on Oslo Børs on 20 March
2026, following which SmartCraft ASA will be de-listed from Oslo Børs.
Accordingly, the last day of trading and listing of the SmartCraft ASA shares on
Oslo Børs will be 19 March 2026.

SmartCraft ASA shareholders will have their shares in SmartCraft ASA exchanged
one-for-one with shares in SmartCraft Group AB (publ). The shares in SmartCraft
Group AB (publ) are expected to start trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on 24 March
2026.
