Disclosure of shareholding

On 13 March 2026, Rasmussengruppen AS sold 17,373,236 shares in B2 Impact ASA
("B2") with expected settlement on 17 March 2026, representing all shares owned
by Rasmussengruppen AS in B2. In addition, Rasmussengruppen AS’ subsidiary,
Portia AS, on the same date sold 500,000 shares and Rasmussengruppen AS’
subsidiary, Cressida AS, sold 350,000 shares. The consolidated holding of
Rasmussengruppen AS and its subsidiaries is reduced to 1,500,000 shares, equal
to a reduction from approximately 5.3% to approximately 0.4% of the shares and
votes in B2. The group has no other rights to shares issued by B2.

This announcement is made in accordance with Section 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
