Cyviz AS - Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer

Cyviz AS is pleased to announce the appointment of Lars Hjarrand as Chief
Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 18th, 2026.

Hjarrand brings extensive experience from senior CFO roles, with core expertise
in finance, strategy, business development, and financial management. He has
previously held CFO positions at Navamedic ASA, Lowell, Remco, and Lindorff, and
will be an important addition to the executive leadership team as Cyviz
continues its growth and transformation.

Karl Peter Gombrii, the current CFO, will transition into a different executive
leadership role to lead the company's enterprise-wide ERP implementation.
