Sandnes, Norway, 13 March 2026: Employee representative to the Board, Jan Inge
Nesheim in Vår Energi has sold 47 100 shares in the company at an average price
of NOK 39.98 per share. Further details are provided in the attached MAR
notification. Following the transactions, Jan Inge Nesheim holds a total of 16
028 shares in Vår Energi ASA.
