Trading update and Notification of Fireside Chat 27th of March

Lokotech Group wishes to give it's stakeholders an opportunity to get updated
on the companys operation, hereunder the growth of PowerPool, Datacenters and
the Scrypt/AI ASIC that under the current estimate is approximately 2 weeks
away from GDSII-sign off, with tape-out following shortly after. Management
remains confident in the projects long-term value.

The company invite stakeholders to a fireside chat the 27th of March with the
opportunity to partake in a Q&A session. The fireside chat format is chosen on
purpose in order to give a more comprehensive interaction explaining ongoing
status and outlook on what to expect in next phase. Details will be sent in a
seperate announcement.
