Oslo, Norway, 13 March 2026 - Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement made by Thor Medical ASA on 27 February 2026 regarding issuance of
new shares in connection with exercise of share options under the Company's
incentive program.

The share capital increase has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises and the Company's new share capital is NOK 71,956,459.80
divided by 359,782,299 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.20. Each share
represents one vote in the Company's general meeting.
