Instabank ASA proposes a dividend of 40.7 MNOK

The board of directors of Instabank ASA intend to propose a dividend of 40.7
MNOK for 2025, equalling 0,09 NOK per share, to the General Meeting. The General
Meeting will be held on April 9th, 2026.
