Awa Invest AS, a company fully owned by the board member Terje Mjøs, has today
acquired 391.467 shares in the company at a share price of NOK 6,5374.

Following this transaction, Awa Invest AS holds a total of 5.000.020 shares in
Arribatec Group ASA.

This transaction does not trigger any flagging obligations.
