8-2026 5PG announce change to financial calendar 2026

COPENHAGEN, March 13, 2026, 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG)

The company has decided to postpone announcement of the annual report from March
26th to April 8th, 2026; as a result of this, the company has also decided to
postpone the annual general meeting from April 22nd to April 30th, 2026.

The reason for postponing the announcement of the annual report is the
additional time required to align on technical accounting principles with
auditors, KPMG; it does not suggest or reflect any change in the operational
performance of the business.

The updated financial calendar for the first half of the year can be seen below;

08.04.2026 - Annual Report
30.04.2026 - Annual General Meeting
21.05.2026 - Quarterly Report, Q1
27.08.2026 - Half-yearly Report
19.11.2026 – Quarterly Report, Q3
