Sandnes, Norway, 12 March 2026: Deputy employee representative to the Board,
Finn Volrat Pettersen in Vår Energi has sold 7558 shares in the company at a
price of NOK 39.6439 per share. Following the purchase, Finn Volrat
Pettersenholds a total of 20827 shares in Vår Energi ASA.
