IPC Publishes Prospectus for Bond Listing on Euronext Oslo Børs

Reference is made to the USD 450 million 7.50 percent senior unsecured bonds
issued by International Petroleum Corporation (TSX, Nasdaq Stockholm: IPCO) (the
"Company") on 10 October 2025 with ISIN NO0013671107 (the “Bonds”).
The prospectus for the Bonds to be admitted for trading on Euronext Oslo Børs
was approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority
on 5 February 2026, and the prospectus has been passported to Norway. The
prospectus is available on Company's website (www.international-petroleum.com)
and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se). The
first day of trading of the Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs was 9 February 2026 with
ticker code IPC02.
