Change to Executive Management Team

Odfjell Technology Ltd (the “Company”) announces that Chief Financial Officer
(CFO) Jone Torstensen, will be retiring from his role on 1 April 2026. Eirik
Knudsen, currently CFO of Odfjell Oceanwind, will be appointed as Mr.
Torstensen’s successor.

Mr. Knudsen has extensive experience from senior financial roles within the
Odfjell group. He joined Odfjell Drilling in 2009 and held several senior roles,
including Business Development Manager and CFO of Odfjell Drilling Brazil. Mr
Knudsen holds a master's degree in finance from the Norwegian School of
Economics (NHH).

Jone Torstensen has been a key contributor to the development of Odfjell
Technology over the past 14 years, both as a part of Odfjell Drilling and after
the Company’s spin-off from Odfjell Drilling in March 2022.

To ensure continuity and support a period of transition, Mr. Torstensen will
remain with the Company for a defined handover period and will support the
incoming CFO.

Simen Lieungh, CEO of Odfjell Technology AS acknowledged Jone's service to the
Group saying, “Jone has been a highly valued colleague over many years, and I
would like to thank him for his dedication, integrity and constructive support,
both to the organisation and to me personally. On behalf of the Board of
Directors and the Company, I would like to thank Jone for his significant
contributions and long-standing service to both Odfjell Drilling and Odfjell
Technology. We look forward to welcoming Eirik to our team.”

Jone Torstensen commented: “It has been a privilege to serve as CFO of Odfjell
Technology since it was spun off from Odfjell Drilling in March 2022. Working
closely with our highly competent organisation during this period has been both
rewarding and professionally fulfilling. I am confident that the Company is well
positioned going forward and that the transition will be smooth.”
