MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF VOTING RIGHTS - 2026 EGM

Oslo, 11 March 2026 - In connection with the extraordinary general meeting
scheduled for 20 March 2026 (the "EGM"), chairman of the board of directors Mr.
Julien Balkany has received proxies without voting instructions representing
15,101,021 shares and votes, equal to 12.07% of all issued shares and votes. The
proxies are valid only for the EGM.

In addition, Mr. Balkany controls, directly or indirectly, a total of 3,896,931
shares and votes which, together with received proxies, means that Mr. Balkany
controls 18,997,952 shares and votes, equal to 15.18%, at the EGM. Consequently,
the 10% and 15% disclosure thresholds have been crossed.
