Instabank ASA hereby informs its shareholders that the company will use
electronic communication when sending notices of general meetings and other
shareholder information, in accordance with Section 5-11a of the Norwegian
Public Limited Liability Companies Act and the company's articles of
association.

The notice to shareholders regarding the use of electronic communication is

Shareholders will receive notification of general meetings through VPS Investor
Services.
