Extraordinary general meeting held, all agenda items approved

An extraordinary general meeting of Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI" or the
"Company") was held today, 11 March 2026, at 12:30 hours (CET). All the
matters on the agenda were approved, including the merger plan for the
cross-border merger between the Company and the Company's wholly owned
subsidiary, PPI Public Property Invest AB (publ) (formerly SocialCo
Fastigheter 2 AB), dated 9 February 2026.

The minutes from the extraordinary general meeting is attached hereto, and is
also available under the "Investor" section on the Company's website
https://publicproperty.no.
