Euronext Oslo Børs – Decision on admission to trading – Capital Tankers Corp.

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Capital Tankers Corp. to trading on
Euronext Growth Oslo.

The company is granted an exemption from Euronext Growth Rulebook I section
3.1.13, which requires financial statements for the two (2) preceding years. It
has been considered that the company was incorporated on 9 January 2026 and have
prepared stand-alone audited financial statements from its time of incorporation
until and including 31 January 2026, in addition to other historical financial
information of relevance, hereunder combined audited financial statements for
the financial years 2025 and 2024 based on financial history for the issuer’s
predecessor.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies
the admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo. The CEO of Oslo Børs
determines the first day of listing, no later than 16 June 2026.
