As announced on 3 March 2026, Bouvet ASA has initiated a share buy-back
programme of up to 1,000,000 of the company's own shares, to be used in the
company's employee share programme.
During the period from and including 3 March 2026 up to and including 11 March
2026, the company repurchased a total of 490,000 own shares at an average
purchase price of NOK 50.0653 per share. A detailed overview of all executed
transactions is attached to this announcement.
Following the transactions, Bouvet ASA holds a total of 927,585 treasury
shares.
