Another contract Extension for Haven

Jacktel is pleased to announce that Equinor has extended the Draupner contract
by another 6 weeks, until May 27, 2026. Following completion of the Draupner
contract, Haven will be mobilized directly to the new location where the 15
month firm charter will commence. As a result, the gap between the two contracts
is now fully closed and the backlog increased by approximately USD 7 million.
