Veidekke: New Residential Project at Langhus

For Bolig Norge and Backe Prosjekt, Veidekke will build 50 apartments across
three residential buildings with a shared underground parking facility. The
design & build contract at Langhus, south in Follo, has a value of NOK 186
million excluding VAT.

solutions that will provide attractive homes with a high standard of living
quality. Linåskollen is a new residential area that will be developed in several
stages. Veidekke will begin by establishing the infrastructure for the area and
constructing the first three apartment buildings with an associated parking
basement," says Ketil Gunde Andersen, District Manager at Veidekke Bygg Østfold
Follo.

The project offers a wide variety of apartment sizes and layouts, tailored to
people of all ages and life stages. The homes are space-efficient and range from
two-, three- and four-room units from 35 m² to 127 m². Upon completion, the
residential area is planned to include approximately 190 homes across apartment
buildings and townhouses. The apartment buildings will be surrounded by outdoor
areas designed for both children and adults, including shared playground and
recreational spaces that tie the neighbourhood together.

Construction has already begun, with planned completion towards the end of 2027.

The assignment is included in Veidekke's order backlog for the first quarter of
2026.
