Hammertech AS Signs Three-Year Frame Agreement for AquaFieldTM Mud Meters

Hammertech AS, a subsidiary of Nordic Technology Group AS (NTG), is pleased to
announce the signing of a three-year frame agreement with a major
international Oil & Gas services company for the supply of AquaFieldTM Mud
multiphase meters.

Under the agreement, the customer forecasts an outtake of approximately 90
AquaFieldTM Mud meters over the next three years. The meters will be integrated
as a key component in the customer's automated drilling solutions.

The AquaFieldTM Mud meter delivers real-time measurements of drilling fluids
and solids, providing critical data to improve drilling efficiency, support
automated drilling workflows, and reduce non-productive time. Hammertech's
technology addresses a long-standing industry challenge where traditional
tools have struggled to provide reliable real-time measurement of mud
properties and solids content.
