Capsol Technologies ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - Chairman and member of the board buys shares in Capsol

Oslo, 10 March 2026 - Chris Barkey, Chairman of the board of Capsol Technologies
ASA ("Capsol"), has today purchased 154,400 shares in Capsol, at an average
price of NOK 5.4081 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock
Exchange. Following this acquisition, Barkey has 344,900 shares in Capsol.

John Arne Ulvan, member of the board of Capsol Technologies ASA ("Capsol"), has
today purchased 20,000 shares in Capsol, at an average price of NOK 5.40 per
share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this
acquisition, Ulvan has 39,841 shares in Capsol.
