With reference to the stock exchange announcement dated 08 March 2026 regarding
the exercise of 28 710 share options in Soiltech ASA.

The Company's share capital is now 1,138,550.01 divided into 8,758,077 shares,
each with a nominal value of NOK 0.13. The share capital increase has today been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
