announcements regarding the admission to trading of the Company’s shares on
Euronext Growth Oslo (the “Listing”). The Company has prepared the attached

The first day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth will be
today, 9 March 2026, under the ticker "PLGC". The Company has 37,000,000 issued
shares, each share par value USD 1.00.
