Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has today
been notified that Helge Hoff Hansen, Chief Operating Officer and primary
insider in Pexip Friday 6 March 2026, sold 9,000 shares in Pexip for an average
price of NOK 62.20 per share.

After the transaction, Hansen will hold 38,816 shares and rights to 185,000
shares.
