Longship Group B.V. (the “Company”) announces that it has repurchased EUR
1,100,000 of its own bonds under the existing EUR 40,000,000 bond issue, in
addition to the EUR 3,900,000 already repurchased and announced in the interim
report published on 17 November 2025.
The acquired bonds will not be cancelled, but will be retained by the Company on
its own book.
