The Board of Directors has approved and released Kredinor AS’s Annual Report and
Sustainability Statement for 2025 as of March 9, 2026.

Company Overview: Kredinor is a full-service debt collection provider, operating
in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, with ambitions to lead the Nordic
market.

The company’s main business areas are Credit Management Services (CMS) and

Kredinorstiftelsen (31.36%).
