Småkraft AS has today 09.03.2026 notified the bond trustee about exercising Call
Option and redeem all of the Outstanding Bonds at a price equal to 100 per cent
of the Nominal Amount for each redeemed Bond plus accrued and unpaid interest on
the redeemed amount pursuant to the Bond Terms.
The Call Option Repayment Date will be the date falling ten (10) Business Days
after the date of this call notice, being 23 March 2026. Reference is made to
attached call notice signed by the Trustee.
