Capsol Technologies ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - Chairman buys shares in Capsol

Oslo, 09 March 2026 - Chris Barkey, Chairman of the board of Capsol Technologies
ASA ("Capsol"), has today purchased 50,500 shares in Capsol, at an average price
of NOK 4.58 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Following this acquisition, Barkey has 190,500 shares in Capsol.
