AWILCO LNG ASA – NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Oslo, 9 March 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by
Awilco LNG ASA (the "Company") on 6 March 2026 regarding the successful
placement and conditional allocation of 77,311,998 new shares raising gross
proceeds to the Company of approx. NOK 251.3 million (the "Private Placement"),
and a potential subsequent repair offering (the "Subsequent Offering").

The Company's board of directors hereby calls for an extraordinary general
meeting to be held on Monday, 30 March 2026 at 16:00 CEST in order to inter alia
(i) approve the issuance of new shares in the Private Placement, (ii) granting
an authorization to the board of directors to issue new shares in connection
with the potential Subsequent Offering, and (iii) granting an authorization to
the board of directors to issue new shares in connection with potential future
incentive programs. The extraordinary general meeting will be held as a digital
meeting only, accessible via Microsoft Teams.

The notice for the extraordinary general meeting, including the board of
directors' proposed resolutions, the attendance form, proxy form and advance
voting form, are attached to this announcement and will be made available on the
Company's website www.awilcolng.no.

Shareholders are encouraged to attend the meeting by casting their votes in
advance or granting a proxy to the chair of the board of directors within 26
March 2026 at 23:59 CET. Further details are found in the attached notice and
