Oslo, 9 March 2026: Reference is made to the announcement by Awilco LNG ASA
("Awilco LNG" or the "Company") on 6 March 2026 regarding key information
relating to a contemplated conditional subsequent repair offering in the Company
(the "Subsequent Offering").

The shares in the Awilco LNG will be traded exclusive the right to participate
in the Subsequent Offering from and including today, 9 March 2026.
