Spir Group ASA - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Spir Group ASA from
trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.10.2, Euronext
Oslo Børs has on 6 March 2026 made the following resolution: " The shares in
Spir Group ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs from 9. March 2026. The
last day of trading will be 6. March 2026."
