Following the completion of the above transactions, Nordic Semiconductor ASA
owns a total of 1,021,441 treasury shares in addition to 69,520 shares set aside
for shareholders of Mobile Semiconductor Inc and 1,003,634 shares held for the
founders of Memfault Inc, corresponding to a total of 1.0% of the share capital.
