New Sources and Hydro Drilling sign strategic MoU for developing a Geothermal Project in Italy

Amsterdam & London, 5 March 2026 – New Sources Energy N.V. (“New Sources” or “NSE”), a publicly listed renewable energy investment and development company listed on Euronext Amsterdam (NSE.AMS), and Hydro Drilling S.r.l. (“Hydro Drilling”), an Italian geothermal drilling specialist, are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) establishing a strategic collaboration for the joint development of the Cisanello Geothermal Project in Pisa, Tuscany, Italy. The MoU is subject to due diligence and the execution of definitive binding agreements.
