Meeting of the Supervisory Board March 26th 2026

The board is calling for a representative meeting on Thursday, March 26th at
13:00 in the Rødbanken banquet hall, Storgata 65, Tromsø.

Item 1/2026 Annual Report 2025
Item 2/2026 Audit Fee 2025
Item 3/2026 Purchase and Pledge of the Bank's Equity Certificates
Item 4/2026 Authorization for Issuance and Repurchase of Fund Bonds,
Subordinated Loans, and Subordinated Debt
Item 5/2026 Report on remuneration of senior executives
Item 6/2026 Changes to the remuneration guidelines for senior executives
Item 7/2026 Election of representatives
Item 8/2026 Compensation and allowances for representatives
The meeting will be chaired by the leader of the representative assembly, Roar
Dons. Relevant documents are attached and can be found on the bank’s website and
