AMSTERDAM, 4 March 2026: OCI Global (Euronext: OCI) (“OCI” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Nassef Sawiris will stand for election as a Non‑Executive Director to OCI’s Board at the Company’s next Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), at which time he will step down from his role as Executive Chair due to other professional commitments.
