Gigante Salmon: Publication Annual Report 2025 – from developer to fish farmer

The Board of Directors of Gigante Salmon AS has approved the annual report for
2025 which is published today.

Throughout 2025, the company reached several milestones, with more expected in
2026:

• Pools A and B are in full operation, and Pool C will be ready for operation in
spring 2026. In Pool A, 2.4 million smolt were stocked during the third and
fourth quarters.
• Successful completion of the first harvest from Generation Autumn 2024. The
remaining harvests from Generation Autumn 2024 are planned for Q1 and Q2 2026.
• An extraordinary general meeting was held, and an authorization was granted to
carry out a planned capital increase of NOK 150–300 million. The company
completed a highly successful private placement in February 2026, raising NOK
360 million to support the continued build‑up of working capital and the
finalization of the facility.

The ramp-up of production continues as planned, and in the second half of 2026
we expect additional smolt stocking of approximately 3.3 million fish—an
important step toward full capacity utilization.
