Arribatec Group ASA: Ole Jakob Kjølvik appointed as permanent CEO

The Board of Directors of Arribatec Group ASA ("the Company") has today
appointed Ole Jakob Kjølvik as permanent Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the
Company. Kjølvik has served as interim CEO since February 2025 and assumes the
permanent position with immediate effect.

During his tenure as interim CEO, Kjølvik has led a successful turnaround of the
Company, delivering significant financial and operational improvements. With the
turnaround phase completed, the Board considers Kjølvik the right leader to
drive Arribatec into its next phase of development and growth.

"Ole Jakob has demonstrated strong leadership and execution capabilities. He
works well across all parts of the business and with the Board, and we are
