Reference is made to the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting of
Aqua Bio Technology ASA (the "Company") on 16 February 2026, regarding a share
capital increase of NOK 10.0 million. The share capital increase mentioned
above has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 26,139,675 divided by
5,227,935 shares, each with a par value of NOK 5.00.
