poLight ASA - resolution to increase the share capital

Tønsberg, 3 March 2026 - poLight ASA (OSE: PLT) (the "Company") has a general
share option scheme, whereby share options in the Company are granted to all
employees.

The Company has received notices of exercise of 18,887 share options that hold
an exercise price of NOK 3.20 per option, 65,000 share options that hold an
exercise price of NOK 3.95 per option and 66,666 share options that hold an
exercise price of NOK 4.33 per option.

The Board of Directors has today resolved a share capital increase of NOK
6,022.12 through issuance of 150,553 new shares in order to satisfy the
Company's obligation to deliver shares following exercise of share options.
The new shares have been issued based on an authorization to increase the
share capital granted to the Board of Directors on 21 May 2025.
