OCI Global Announces Executive Chair to Step Down at Next AGM

AMSTERDAM, 3 March 2026: OCI Global (Euronext: OCI) (“OCI” or the “Company”) today announces that Mr. Nassef Sawiris has informed the Company of his intention to step down from his position as Executive Chair of the Board, due to other professional commitments, with effect from the Company’s next Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).

OCI will provide a further update to the market in due course regarding the appointment of an Executive Director to the Board.
