(“AF Gruppen ASA” or the “Company”) and board member in Constructio AS) has
today, March 3, 2026, purchased 146,755 shares at an average price per share of
NOK 186.74.

Constructio AS owns 15,484,767 shares in AF Gruppen ASA after this trade.
Flygind AS (also related party to Kristian Holth) continues to own 1,021,509
shares in AF Gruppen ASA. The two companies now own a total of 14.99% of the
total number of shares and voting rights in AF Gruppen ASA.
