SpareBank 1 SMN – Mandatory notification of trade

The equity certificates purchased by SpareBank 1 SMN on 19, 20, 23, 24 and 25
February for use in an offer to the Group management, have been sold at a price
of NOK 148.23.

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 29 October 2025 for more
information about the offer to the Group management.

After allocation the bank owns 5,299 equity certificates.
