5967007LIEEXZX6FAO47, ISIN NO0010582521), as part of the share-based payment
arrangements.

18 640 shares have been allocated to executive personnel as variable pay. For a
description of share-based payment to executive personnel, reference is made to
note 26 in the annual report for 2025. Following the allocation of shares
mentioned above, and the sale of shares to employees in connection with the
share savings scheme described in the stock exchange release on 30 January 2026,
Gjensidige will own 16 132 own shares. See attachment for details on the
