REC Silicon - Nomination committee recommendation to the extraordinary general meeting of REC Silicon ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by REC Silicon ASA on 19
February 2026 regarding the notice of an extraordinary general meeting to be
held on 12 March 2026 at 13:00 CEST (the "EGM").

Item 7 on the agenda for the EGM deals with a potential proposal for changes
to the board of directors. The chair of the board, Mr. Tae Won Jun, has
expressed an intention to resign for personal reasons, and the nomination
committee has proposed that Mr. Jong Wook Park is elected as the new chair of
the board instead of Mr. Tae Won Jun with effect from the EGM.

The nomination committee's recommendation to the EGM for such replacement is
attached hereto and will be made available on the company's website,
www.recsilicon.com, together with the notice of the EGM.
