Oslo, 2 March 2026: AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has today sold 46,836 of the
Company's own shares to senior executives, including 26,362 shares to the
following primary insiders:
- Amund Tøfum, CEO, has purchased 11,000 shares
- Anny Øen, CFO, has purchased 7,127 shares
- Bård Frydenlund, Executive Vice President Betonmast and Sweden, has purchased
3,735 shares
- Tormod Solberg, Executive Vice President Building, has purchased 4,500 shares
The sale is carried out as part of the Company's bonus program for senior
executives, where parts of the bonus can be used to purchase shares in AF
Gruppen ASA, with a 20% discount in relation to the average closing price as of
week 8, 2026, NOK 186.72.
After the completion of the share sale, AF Gruppen ASA owns 33,164 own shares.
