Nordic Financials ASA – Q4 2025 Report

Nordic Financials ASA has today published its report for the fourth quarter of
2025.

In Q4, the Company continued disciplined capital deployment. Worth mentioning is
participation in a share issue in Gold Road Inc, and investments in credit
instruments issued by Snowball Software Group. 

Nordic Financials maintains a focused investment strategy targeting equity and
credit opportunities, supported by a lean and scalable operating model.
