concerning Dellia Group ASA's (the "Company") financial calendar in which it was
stated, inter alia, that the quarterly report for Q1 2026 would be published on
Wednesday 20 May 2026.

The revised reporting date for Q1 2026 will be Friday 29 May 2026.
