Disclosure of large shareholding

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB ("SEB") has on 23 February 2026, sold part of
its shares in Napatech A/S ("Napatech"). Prior to the sale, SEB owned shares
representing a total of 5.01 % of the issued shares and voting rights in
Napatech. Following the sale, SEB owns 3.72% shares in Napatech, thus falling
below the 5 % disclosure threshold (based on 110,138,565 shares issued by
Napatech).

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets
Act, cf. section 4.8.2.2 of Euronext Oslo Børs Rule Book II.
